Refund Policy

We appreciate your support of the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo™ through your purchase of Official Rodeo merchandise.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we will exchange or refund any merchandise items that are returned in original condition within 30 days of purchase. You will be responsible for the shipping cost to return the merchandise. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Please send your item(s) back with your full name, address, email address and daytime phone number. Let us know if you would like another item(s) in exchange, or would prefer a refund. Please send all returns, preferably in the original packaging, to:

Refunds are processed to your original form of payment. Once a return has been processed, a credit card refund can take up to 7 business days to appear on your account.
