We appreciate your support of the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo™ through your purchase of Official Rodeo merchandise.
We offer a 30-day return/exchange policy on official Rodeo Merchandise. To be eligible, your item must be in original condition with all tags attached. We do not offer returns on dated, customized or entertainer star merchandise. Receipt required for return or ex-change.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Please send your item(s) back with your full name, address, email address and daytime phone number. Let us know if you would like another item(s) in exchange, or would prefer a refund. Please send all returns, preferably in the original packaging, to:
Refunds are processed to your original form of payment. Once a return has been processed, a credit card refund can take up to 7 business days to appear on your account.
